What challenges were you facing before using Pink Wahoo? 

We have grown substantially over the past 6 years, from what started with a group of friends around our kitchen table to a thriving charity that is growing every year. For years we have survived on favours and freebies as we begged and borrowed every service the charity would need. But this approach started to show in how we were representing ourselves and we recognised we needed to improve our marketing and logos as we begun to compete with more established charities.

 

Why did you decide to choose Pink Wahoo? 

Using Claire’s talent to improve the quality of our logos, to producing marketing packs with sleeves, upgrading marketing material such as pop-up banners and producing documents that can be shared with families as a reference point for life on the ward.

Everything produced is exceptionally high standard and her ongoing support is always available. It's like we have our own marketing guru waiting in the wings whenever we need her.

What challenges were you facing before using Pink Wahoo?

When we first met Claire of Pink Wahoo we did not have any marketing in place. Equally we had no advertising campaigns on a regular basis. Claire had a clear vision to help us and with her knowledge and expertise she designed adverts and put a series of press releases to the local media with great success and proved cost-effective.

We chose Pink Wahoo because Claire was very enthusiastic and passionate about her business and we felt that we could actually save money that was previously wasted on ad hoc marketing and advertising.

 

How are Pink Wahoo services used / have been used by your organisation?

When we appointed Pink Wahoo to deal with our marketing and advertising a press release was sent to the local daily Echo which was published in full whereas previously we had little or no success.

 

What specific improvements or benefits have you experienced as a result?

We have used the services offered by Pink Wahoo for approximately 9 years and over that time we have built up a good relationship and understanding of our business which is most important when we have discussed a particular advertising campaign. We have also used Zoom to our mutual benefit. At present Claire is working on a new design and layout of our business cards and she will also arrange to get the cards printed.

Because Claire understands our business she can work on a design and bring it to the finished article without too many changes, thus saving time and money. She is also very conscientious about costs and time spent.

Pink Wahoo has all our logos, etc which saves us time and money, so that work can be carried out quickly.
